Warehousing and Storage
Our warehouse units are 5,000 sq.ft. and, unlike the majority of other leased premises, our leases are inclusive of building insurances and no site charges are levied.
Prices for electricity are payable monthly with electricity charge based on each unit's meter readings. Non domestic rates are payable direct to Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. Our lease prices are based on a five year lease term with the option of a mutual break clause half way through. Rent is initially paid six months in advance and thereafter quarterly.
Unlike many landlords we do not ask prospective tenants to lodge a deposit. Also available are short term leases but these will attract a premium price per sq.ft.
